October 2026

Three businesses.
One outbound plan.

Bernardo, here is the first plan Paul promised after your call on October 20. It takes each business in turn, from who buys to the first 90 days, so you have something to pull apart with Dan on Tuesday.

What we heard on October 20

Every new client comes in through an ad. Nothing goes out to find them.

01
Advancer and InteliaSolve win clients through Meta and Instagram ads, then follow up with email sequences. Google ran hard last year and was cut back this year because it was not performing the way you wanted.
02
Meta is at its most expensive in the last two quarters of the year, which is where we are now.
03
The leads are uneven. Some people say they never clicked, and some book several calls for the same service.
04
You close the big deals yourself, like the eight-brand private equity portfolio that came to you, and commission-only sellers take the smaller ones.
An ad waits for the right buyer to click. Outbound starts from a named list of the buyers you want and writes to each one as a person.

Business 01 / Advancer

Advancer. The right few brands, chosen on purpose.

Who buys
  • Founders and CEOs of consumer brands on Amazon, or about to be, in supplements and wellness, beauty, pet food, snacks and drinks, and home goods.
  • At mid-size brands, the VP or Director of Ecommerce or a Head of Amazon, with the owner or CFO on the budget.
  • Private equity groups and holding companies with several brands in one portfolio.
  • Latino founders building US brands, the audience Advancer's Instagram already speaks to.
The weak point we heard
  • Paid ads carry the whole pipeline, and it is at its most expensive now.
  • Uneven leads take your sellers away from brands that meant to book.
  • You keep the roster small on purpose, so each new brand has to be the right one. An ad does not choose for you.
Lanes and channels
  • Founder-led brands. LinkedIn from your own account first. You built and sold a brand on Amazon yourself, and that story opens the conversation. Email carries the wider list.
  • Mid-size brands. Two or three people a brand, the ecommerce lead and the owner or CFO. Email first, LinkedIn for the best-fit accounts.
  • Portfolios. A short named list of private equity and holding groups, written to by you, since you close these yourself.
  • Latino founders. The same lanes, written in Spanish or English to match the founder.
Builds on the Advancer client map you already have
Business 02 / InteliaSolve

InteliaSolve. Sold on profit, to the people who see the waste.

Who buys
  • Owners, COOs and CFOs of mid-market companies where a team repeats the same admin work every day.
  • Your site names six sectors, from ecommerce and industrial firms to real estate and law firms.
  • Marketing agencies and consultancies that resell your systems under their own brand.
The weak point we heard
  • It sells through the same Meta and Instagram ads as Advancer, and pays the same rising price for attention.
  • An owner with a margin problem rarely searches for AI agents. The buyer has to be found by role and by the work their team repeats.
  • Six sectors is a wide net for a first test. The first lane needs one.
Lanes and channels
  • Ecommerce brands. The founders on Advancer's list also run fulfillment, support and invoicing. They get a separate InteliaSolve message, from a separate sender.
  • One sector to prove it. The sector you pick on Tuesday. Email to the owner, COO or CFO, LinkedIn for the best-fit accounts.
  • Agency partners. Founders of marketing agencies, on LinkedIn, for the white label model.

Business 03 / Jet detailing

Jet detailing. A short list of named operators.

Who buys
  • Charter operators, who need each aircraft clean and ready between legs, empty legs included.
  • Aircraft management companies and corporate flight departments, through the director of operations, the chief pilot or the aviation manager.
  • Family offices and private groups that own aircraft.
  • FBOs and hangar operators at the airports you serve, as a route to the aircraft based there.
The weak point we heard
  • It is just launching. There is no pipeline yet and no ad history to build on.
  • The buyers are a small, named group at known airports. An ad pays to reach people who never book a jet.
  • Government work runs through your partner's Washington relationships, so the commercial side needs its own engine.
Lanes and channels
  • Charter operators. At the first airports you name. Email first, as you expect, then LinkedIn to the operations lead.
  • Management companies and flight departments. Email and LinkedIn to the director of operations or the chief pilot.
  • FBOs and owners. A short list per airport, written to one person at a time.
  • Government. Stays with your partner. The plan builds the commercial lanes beside it.

How the lanes run

One engine. Three separate voices.

01

Target

A named list per business, built person by person from the buyers on this page, and checked before anyone gets a message.

02

Split

The best-fit accounts go to LinkedIn first. The rest go through email, then on to LinkedIn.

03

Personalize

AI reads each person and writes to that one person. A person reviews every message before it goes.

04

Hand off warm

Interested replies go straight to you or your sellers, with the context, ready to book.

Each business sends from its own LinkedIn profiles and its own email domains, starting with your own team's profiles, so three companies never share one weekly limit. We empower your sales team. Your sellers spend their day on people who asked to talk.

The first 90 days

Build in month one. Run and sharpen in months two and three.

Days 1 to 30
Days 31 to 60
Days 61 to 90
Advancer
Lists for the founder, mid-size and portfolio lanes. Messages in your voice, approved by you. LinkedIn goes first, from your own account. New email domains warm for 17 days, then email starts.
Email and LinkedIn run together on every lane. Replies are read weekly by lane, and the weakest message is rewritten.
The lanes that book calls get more volume and more senders. The rest are reworked or cut.
InteliaSolve
Settle the first sector and the market, the US in English or Latin America in Spanish. Build that list and the ecommerce list. Domains warm.
Email goes live on both lanes, with LinkedIn for the best-fit accounts. The first read shows which pain lands, time or margin.
The agency partner lane opens if the first two hold. Your team starts taking the replies.
Jet detailing
Name the first airports. Build the operator, management company and FBO list there. Write around turning an aircraft fast between legs.
Email first, then LinkedIn to operations leads. Replies go straight to whoever books the work.
The next airports go live once the first ones book. Government stays with your partner.
Month four is the handover. The lists, domains, inboxes, playbook and a trained operator for each business stay with you.

How the engagement works

Build. Run. Own.

01 / BUILD

Build

We design, staff and stand up the complete unit. The named-account data, the messaging, the outbound engine, the automation and the reporting.

02 / RUN

Run

We run it in market for a fixed four months and prove it on real booked meetings, not slides. First conversations land early.

03 / OWN

Own

We hand over the playbook, the tooling, the dashboards and a trained operator. You own the engine.

One contractor, a network of specialists. One point of contact, and you never manage a stack of tools or freelancers.
We build it, run it in market, then hand you the keys

For Tuesday

Five things to settle with Dan.

01
Which business goes first, or whether all three start together.
02
For Advancer, the size of brand you want most, and how many new brands a quarter fits your limit.
03
For InteliaSolve, the first sector, and the US in English or Latin America in Spanish.
04
For the jet detailing business, the name you sell under, the first airports, and who takes the calls.
05
How many people on your team have LinkedIn profiles that can send for each business.
Bring your own questions too. Paul asked you to poke holes in this, and this is the version to poke.

Next step

Tuesday, October 27. 2 pm Eastern, with Dan and Paul.

  1. Read this before Tuesday and mark what looks wrong. It is a first plan, and it changes once you push on it.
  2. On the call Dan walks through each business with you and takes your questions.
  3. Together you settle which business starts first and its first lanes.
If the time stops working around your trip, reply to Paul and he moves it.
